Jamis Bicycles Signs Freerider/Downhiller Jordie Lunn

February 9, 2007 - (Northvale, NJ) - Jamis is happy to announce the signing of Freerider/Downhiller Jordie Lunn. Hailing from Nanaimo in the heart of British Columbia, Jordie is currently one of the top Freeriders in the world, a NORBA semi-pro DH Champion and a 3-time Canadian National Team member. He supports the sport by coaching downhill and freeride at Whistler Mountain and hosts multiple clinics throughout the year. Jordie will compete and perform on a number of Jamis platforms this season including the Diablo freeride bike, Komodo dirt-jumper and the brand new Dakar XAM MP3 all-mountain suspension rig.

He’s a super-talented rider that will help not only get the word out on Jamis’ latest and greatest, but work with our product team on developing future Jamis bicycles and equipment”, says MTB product manager Craig Hoyt. “Jordie is the perfect choice to show the world what Jamis Bicycles are capable of! He goes big, is a threat at every comp he attends and is an extremely exciting rider to watch.”
